WOW...Is this BLOND
BOMB possibly PARIS HILTON, you
would think!!!
To everyone who should forgive
and forge. Apparently there is a
precedent that is being set:
1) Date someone who has a lot of
money, steal from them, get
someone to pay it
off...Poof...the charges
disappear!
2) Steal some more, date and
marry a deputy, pay off the
victimized party...Poof...the
charges disappear again!
3) Steal folks identity, get
caught, get someone to pay it
off...Poof...the charges
disappear once again!
The Blonde Bomb must have
magical powers! I don't know of
anyone who gets away with as
much as she has gotten away
with! Sure...I imagine she is
really sorry (wonder how many
people have heard this story).
Sure...I am sure she has asked
for forgiveness time and time
again. Sure...she probably does
have a wonderful son, but she is
the only one that is hurting
him! I don't know anybody
that held a gun to her head and
made her steal, steal, steal,
and steal again!
I imagine everyone sitting in
the jail cells are real sorry
for what they have done and have
asked for forgiveness. Maybe we
should let all of them go so
they can get help too!
This is why we have a justice
system. Those who commit crimes
must pay for their crimes.
No, there is not one perfect
person on this earth and we have
all fallen short of God's
glory. God is a forgiving God,
but He will not be mocked.
Wonder how long it will be
before she hurts somebody
else...be aware!
Eyes Wide Open, 3/31/08
BLONDE BOMB, she does no wrong.
She is so sorry what she's done.
Lets all pray for her.
PLEASE!!! How many times can
you go to the alter and ask for
forgiveness? I've been there and
heard all of her excuses. How
can you be a good mother by
dodging the law like she does.
What happened when she used her
ex-husband's social-security #
to obtain a cellular phone. I
think not a a lot. What about
the time she counted extra laps
on her sons Eaton walk to raise
money. What about all the BAD
checks she's wrote and got away
with. Wouldn't it be interesting
to talk to her ex-husband or her
ex boyfriends about all. I here
they know a lot. ANY QUESTIONS
PLEASE ENTER IT ON THE BLOG AND
I WILL ANSWER IT. I KNOW A LOT.
I KNOW MORE THEN YOU BLOGERS
WANT TO REALLY KNOW. THE TRUTH
HURTS. PLEASE ASK? I DARE YOU!
AINT SCARED TO TELL ALL! 3/31/08
I wish everyone would get off
who you all call the blonde
bombs case. It is not for us to
say what is going to happen to
her it is for Russell Johnson to
decide and the Judge.
We have more to worry about in this county concerning our children and the drug problem and why we all seem to be paying such high electric bills. And as far as her being a mother, who are you to judge her as a mother. She has a great son who has a huge heart and he means the world to her. For those of you who seem to want to see her suffer and go down, you better get on your knees and pray because God says to pray for this type of situation. Why is she so important to those of you who have no clue who she is or maybe you do,, but she has never done anything wrong to you. I happen to know her and I know that she is very sorry for her past mistakes and taking action to become a better person. She has also become close to God and he is THE ONLY PERSON SHE HAS TO ANSWER TO,,, SO PLEASE DROP THIS SUBJECT ON THIS BLOG PAGE AND GIVE THE GIRL A BREAK. Sometimes people learn from mistakes and this is one of those times. If you have anymore to say why don't you say to the person you think she took the money from and let her tell you her feelings on it. Guarantee it will be word for word what has just been written. Forgiveness brings happiness to the heart, and to help someone who is struggling with life and be a friend and let them know you care is what we all should do. Not try to destroy a persons life. Mind your own business and take care of your own problems. Don't any of you have anything better to do with your time, or is she that important to you. Like I said,, if you have something to say,, say it to the person she took the money from and let her set you straight,,, she has forgiven and will forget and it will all be taken care of in a way that all of you haters don't want it to.
Prayerfully

Doyle Arp has got to go. He is
going to bankrupt the county and put
county employees on food stamps
except for all his family drawing
county pay checks. To Disgusted with the morals of those around us!! Lenoir City, TN 3/27/08,
You have got to be kidding.
Jealousy?
Hardly. Stealing thousands of
dollars from others is not a
mistake. It's a crime. And doing
it over and over just makes it a
serial crime. What bothers so
many is how some people,
depending on who they know, can
get by with committing felonies
and just walk away with little
to no punishment to just commit
the same crime again while on
probation for the same thing.
And what world do you live in where you think everybody has skeletons in their closet. Do you really think everybody goes round stealing money from their friends and sweethearts? I for one have never stolen a dime from anybody and don't plan to. If the blonde's family find themselves in an embarrassing position due to her actions, it's no one's fault but hers. Word is that the latest theft has been "handled" and she will probably scoot again. Maybe you could be her friend and loan her your credit card. Good Luck. Been There 3/28/08
Dear Friends:
Now lets get down to the nitty
gritty. I have been told that the
director herself has done a few
things in her recent time at 911
dispatch that have been "not so
professional" by some opinions. I
have been in the 911 dispatch before
myself while picking up some items
and heard her make less than
flattering comments about one their
of regular callers. Out of respect
for her, I will not mention her
name. Was this not the very reason
that she recently took the actions
against the two employees? Is it
fair that since she may have done it
in front of coworkers and not on a
recorded phone call, she be treated
differently? I was also told a
couple of days ago by a pretty good
reliable source, that the director
even showed an inappropriate picture
to some of the employees there.

It's not been six month since Arp last tried to monkey with our insurance. I guess he didn't get the message last time. He sent Nancy Marcus out as his stoolie last time. Which commissioner will carry his water for him this time. He sure doesn't have the guts to handle it himself. That's why he wants a committee to lead the charge. To Mr. Arp we will find out when you have your secret little meetings and we will know what you are trying to do to us and we will be right there looking you in the eye when you try it again. Come on Arp. Be a man and stop getting somebody else to do your dirty work. A Mad County Employee 3/27/08
Does anyone know what insurance
the Mayor has, I would like to
know if he is hurting himself
too. Also did they mention what
kinda cost of living increase
the county employees get since
gas has went up beyond 3%? If
you ask me, I think the citizens
need to look hard at a recall
for the mayor. If you can't
manage money then hire some one
who can instead of asking some
family member or someone you owe
a favor to, why should someone
always have to pay more for
mismanagement, that includes
county employees.
Also let's see how many
commissioners have county
insurance. I'll bet not a
single one do so why should they
care if the employees have to
pay more. I hope you know mail
carriers make more money than
court clerks or road workers.
Of course though what do you
care, except when it comes
voting time maybe someone should
run against you and beat you.
HA.

just a gimmick and a lie. "Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. Luke 17:3 Sarah Shaver, 3/25/2008 I couldn't help but chuckle when I picked up the local paper in Loudon and saw the article where the Loudon fathers are planning to cut down "Old Blue" in the name of progress. I immediately remembered back to an old episode of the Andy Griffith show where the Hollywood movie producer wanted to make a movie in Mayberry. The Mayberryites all went a little crazy. If you recall, that's what
happened on the "Andy Griffith Show"
(for the record -- season one,
episode 13, first airing in 1961)
when Hollywood producers planned to
use the quaint little town as a set
design for a movie. And, if you
recall, townspeople there went
completely nuts. The main event of the celebration to welcome the Hollywood producer was to cut down the old oak tree in the middle of town. Sound familiar? Here's a little news flash for the folks in Loudon. Painting the buildings, putting up a few awnings and cutting down the center piece of the city will not change the image or the appeal of your city. Not till you do something about the hideous smell that permeates your entire community will you ever hope to see any improvements to your community. Not until you decide the health and safety of the residents of your city is more important than the tax dollars coming from the polluting industries in your city will you see any positive changes. No doubt there are some problems at 911. But don't take your eyes off the prize. We've got a bunch of crazies on the school board who are determined to raise our taxes through the roof. They have got to be stopped. FYI, little rumor around town. Lenoir City School Board member, Bobby Johnson Sr., who was recently appointed to the Lenoir City Council to fill the unexpired term of his father, Blacky Johnson, will run for the council seat in November. If elected to council, Bobby Johnson Sr. will resign his seat on the Lenoir city School Board. Then Councilman elect, Bobby Johnson Sr., will ask the Lenoir City Council to appoint his son, Loudon County School Board Chairman, Bobby Johnson Jr. to fill his seat on the Lenoir City School Board. If appointed to the Lenoir city School Board, Bobby Johnson Jr. would resign his seat on the Loudon County School Board. Whew!! That's a lot to keep up with. Mind you it's just a rumor. Ricky,
In response to your blog, I
think you are right on. I do
not work in the county but one
of my good friends used to work
there. She used to tell me all
the crazy things that went on
there. She said there were
people playing video games on
the internet all the time and
even shopping for stuff. What a
job huh? She got fired by the
director for a really stupid
reason but that is another
story. She told me that some of
the people would go out with the
director and eat lunch or supper
when they were out at a meeting
and eat expensive food. They
would just charge it to the 911
account. She said that it was
ok for some people to pay for
their families and some would
get in trouble. I think this
issue is a huge can of worms
that are about to crawl out.
Glad someone in the Dept finally
came out about it!
Love the blog Van!

Mr. Shaver,
Oh shame on you for letting the
public and county employee
voices be heard without fear of
retribution! Oh shame on your
"cowardly" ways of making the
TRUTH known to the public by
the public/employees and for the
public. Shame on you for making
the high and mighty have to play
a guessing game of how they are
going to get that blogger when
they find out who they are!
The only reason people are mad about this blog is because it exposes the truth to the public in ways that will be detrimental to their jobs and well being. I have an answer to those people, clean it up! If you do your job right, treat your employees fairly, and work as a county servant instead of a county throne warmer, maybe you will never be here in this mighty VAN BLOG. Oh and a shout out to my friend R.W. Oh! I mean R.J. I didn't mention anything about a mixed drink did I? You must have been there to see what it was. Did you partake of a big juicy steak? Was your family there to have some too on the tax payer ticket? Sure would like to see the bill, maybe I can come down and get a copy of the ticket, or will I have to pay $100.00 for that PUBLIC record. I will have to get back with you on the TENA thing, don't know much about it, except for I think more time should be well spent in our own County by the director just by my own assessment of how things are going over there. By the way, have you talked to those "dedicated" dispatchers lately? Looks to me like they are all looking for another job because of recent decisions, write ups and promotions with unfair pay increases. Everything that I have said here in this blog is based upon facts that could be proven in court. I have my own opinion of the director because of our own interactions and conversations. That is not a fact, just an opinion. It is incredible the information that you get from just talking to a few unhappy 911 employees. I even hear that #2 there is trying to de-throne #1 behind the scenes. It will be interesting to see if there is a memo sent out soon threatening employees on either my side or 911 to stay away from the evil SHAVER. We will see!
Ricky 3/19/08
Seems everyone is living high on the tax payers. Arp, the school board and now 911. How can we put a stop to this kind of stuff? Don't nobody ask me to pay higher taxes just so they can all keep their social lives going. Ricky (Concerned County Employee),
Fellow Loudon County Folk,
I am here to fill you in on an
issue that I believe is vital to
our health and safety. I
am a county employee and I am
proud of that. I belong to
a dept that constantly catches
flack on a daily basis. I
feel that it is time that the
watchful county eye turns to
other places.
I agree that the department I work for needs some improvement and has for some time, but until the current administration retires, it will never change. That is something you guys are going to have to live with. When you are the law, and you have the judicial law on your side, how can you ever be guilty. Every dog has his day, and for some time, we have lived with some in the high life. We all know that it will change one day and when that time comes, we will deal with it. Back to the original point of this blog. Little of you know about our 911 dispatch. Let me fill you in on what goes on there. Lets just start at the very top. The 911 dispatch is ran by a board of directors which include fire chiefs, police chiefs, the sheriff, the EMA director, EMS director and a couple of other folks. Underneath them is the Director of 911 dispatch. The Director oversees about 15 or so employees there. The problem starts at the top. Everyone on the board is only interested in their own depts welfare, so most of the time they only vote for anything that will help them, not the public. Most of them can not see any wrong in the current director for some reason. When we have a problem we are told to contact the supervisor on duty at dispatch which gets you nothing. When you contact the director, she basically has no time for you, or doesn't get back with you. She just calls my boss and makes me look like an idiot for questioning her authority. Let me give you her history. She used to work for EMS and then someone thought it would be a great idea to make her a director over one of the most important positions in this county. She is only a high school graduate and has no experience in supervision except for what she has learned at dispatch. I heard from one of the employees there that the state requires them to have 4 full time employees there on a shift 24/7 based on how much work they have to do with 911 but she only has two or three during the day and only two at night. She will not get any more help. She thinks that if she hires a part time person and works them every once in a while that it will make things better. The next time you call 911 and it continues to do nothing but ring, just think there are only two people there, and you will probably never get answered if they are busy. That is a direct failure to comply under the law because the director doesn't think it is important. She has had plenty of time to try to fix it, but she hasn't. We as other county employees that rely on dispatch are stuck out with who only knows by ourselves trying to get dispatch on the radio and they wont or cant answer. Even if I yell on the radio to try and get help, I get nothing. Is it because the training is no good? Is it because no one knows what to do? Or is it simply because the director of 911 dispatch is no director at all! I have talked with many other employees in my dept and other depts county wide and they all have the same thing to say. It is horrible there, and it only gets worse. The employees are miserable because they say they aren't treated well. People get written up not because they aren't doing their job, its because they don't have time to do it! I like a lot of the dispatchers there and think that a lot of them do a great job considering the circumstances. I just feel that it is high time for someone to look at the decision making there. I read in the paper about the Knox Mayors office in trouble because they spend money on credit cards with no trail or what they spend it on. Maybe someone should do an audit on them to see how much money they are spending on big expensive meals and trips not only for the higher up employees and the board, but for their families. I even heard that on the last trip to Gatlinburg, one of the board members was ordering alcohol on the 911 tab at The Peddler! Have you looked at their prices lately? The whole 911 board was there with their families and ate. Wonder how much that was? Ha! I have decided that it is time for the public to realize that 911 dispatch is the backbone of this county. They are your link to us. Without them, everything is in shambles. Currently they are working out of an unsecured double wide trailer that looks like it is going to cave in. What a joke. They are laughed at by other counties. I will admit, it gets worse a couple of counties over, but why should we settle for anything but the best! It is your money, not only your taxes but money that comes out of your phone bill every month. Lets get this fixed once and for all! What do you in VANBLOG land think??

MAYBE ARDEN SHOULD BE THE NEXT SHERIFF, HE SEEMS TO HAVE A HEART FOR OUR COUNTY, OR MAYBE DETECTIVE VITTATOE. AND I TOO FEEL SORRY FOR HER SON, WONDER IF HE KNOWS WHAT TYPE OF MOTHER HE HAS AND ALL THE LIES AND SECRETS SHE KEEPS FROM HIM. YOU WOULD THINK THIS WOULD RAISE A RED FLAG TO THE SCHOOL HE ATTENDS CONCERNING THIS CHILDS MOTHER. I've BEEN TOLD SHE WILL GO TO GRAND JURY IN APRIL AND IF RUSS JOHNSON DOES NOT DO SOMETHING WITH HER THIS TIME, A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTY WILL KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM. IT WILL TELL ON ITSELF IF NOTHING IS DONE. I GUESS ALL WE CAN DO IS PRAY FOR OUR COUNTY AND PRAY THAT JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED.

According to the Newsless Herald the Lenoir City Board Of Education will be meeting this Thursday night at 11:00 pm. I know several of the board members and I doubt they will be meeting that late in the night. Could this be yet another error on the part of our fine paper? I bet it is. What a surprise. News Watcher 3/11/08 I hate to bring bad news, but 3 millions dollars for our schools is not a lot of money, when it comes to the type of repairs that are needed. Don’t get wrong I am pleased to see it go to our schools. If you think about it. Loudon County Schools could have at least 3 million square feet of floor space throughout the county, I don’t know. Let’s assume this number is correct. The math is easy. That is $1.00 per square foot. A new home today cost between $85.00 and $150.00 per square / foot to build and renovation cost is close to $75.00 sq/ft. This means the schools need a minimum of $225 million dollars to make the types of fire code renovations and heating and cooling upgrades required, if this was spread evenly across the schools. When you start talking about sprinkler systems, fire alarms, chillers, egress requirements, roofing and 2008 code requirements. It gets expensive fast. Think about it. Your taxes will increase. Just Wondering 3/6/08 I thought Doyle Arp was a republican. But every time I see his ugly mug in the paper, he is wanting higher taxes. I'm sure the commissioners thought they were just raising taxes on the bad guys when they voted for the higher litigation tax but a lot of people use the court system not just bad guys. A tax increase is a tax increase no matter how you spin it and it seems for Arp there is no end to his desire to tax us to death. Bill 3/6/08
As
most of you are so interested in
the Loudon County Sheriff's
Dept. good and bad apples I will
be the first to say "that there
are all kinds of bad ones."
First and foremost your bad
apples are the ones that suck up
and kiss a lot of butt to the
Sheriff & Aikens. These are the
ones that you all talk about
doing crimes and they always get
swept under the rug, well they
do and a lot more than you know!
Even though they are the ones
that hold rank and say they do a
great job or think they do! Most
importantly the Sheriff's office
doesn't give rank to the ones
that truly deserve it they give
it to the ones that are the
problems!!!!!
So
if one of the good deputies make
one minor mistake on duty
they would be the FIRST to get
put on the carpet and sent right
out the door. The ones that need
the praise at the Dept. are the
ones that put on the uniform
work their shift, do their job
as the law says for it to be
done, go home to their family,
and keep their nose out of
things. Unlike most at the dept.
who wear the uniform & think
that there crap don't stink and
they are the stuff and everyone
else is just dirt. All I can say
is one day that will come back
to them and there family.
Well
for the ones that are always in
the high water are the ones that
Loudon County does not need to
serve & protect us. Those are
the ones that should be sent
home. For Loudon County citizens
you could only hope & pray that
none of these people get elected
the next go around and we vote
in a whole new staff, because it
is much needed for our safety
and our children's! Hope
that this will help some of you
understand just what really goes
on for the SMALLEST part of it.
An
outsider that knows the inside.

Concerning the money
approved to cover the heat and air
systems for the schools, Doyle Arp
is quoted as saying the
citizens needed to "step up to the
plate" to cover the loan. I would
like to suggest that if Arp, family
and friends had stayed out of the
kitchen the pantry would not be
empty. Do not spend us out of house
and home and come back for more- you
might go hungry. 5 minutes from the

to get to know that little one you
so happily brought into the world a
few years ago and vowed they would
have it better than you. That and
the fact you want the gov't to care
for you and all you can breed. Well
bless your heart. Have you signed up
for safety patrol . Oh, I forgot you
work. Well I'll tell you what it
takes to get something done in this
town. Get off your ass quit having
babies and make This is my first year @ North Middle School. I have had the worst experience with the traffic!! I live 5 minutes from the school and no matter what time I leave the house I end up sitting in the line for at least 20 minutes. You would think someone could figure out a way to solve this issue! But now that they have closed one of the entrances for safety reasons the lines have become even worse. If money is an issue, then why can’t they have a safety patrol?? Parents could volunteer for this, to make it better for all of the working parents trying to get to work on time. I am completely dissatisfied with this. I have heard from numerous parents that this is the number 1 complaint! What does it take to get something done in this town??? This issue needs to be resolved. A Very Unhappy Parent It's getting hard to believe that any of the school board members have a clue. They have made a real mess of things. It's time for a big change. June Bug 3/4/08 If I understand the story right, the head building inspector didn't even know his own regulations and even after reading the law he needed a lawyer to explain it to him? Hum...... Wonder how many other of his own regulations he doesn't know? It's a real head scratcher. Just how much did that cost? A not surprised citizen 3/4/08 |
