Quarry Denied
| At last week's Loudon County Planning Commission meeting, the request to open a new rock quarry in far west Loudon County was unanimously denied by the commission. Bailey Abud and her father made the case for the quarry. However, the very small roads and opposition from several community members was enough to deny the request. |
