Just providing an update on the 166 "luxury villas" being built at the corner of Hwy 70 and 321. The construction continues and it looks like some units are already being rented.

You may also note that apparently the name of the development has had a name change. It's now called The Station At Lenoir City. website address, https://www.thestationatlenoircity.com/. The rent ranges from an 829 sq. ft, one bedroom unit for $1,750.00 per month to a 1,400 sq. ft. 3 bed room unit for $2,220.00 per month. That's some serious high rent. Most units don't even have parking.

It's just hard to imagine how Lenoir City officials/Mayor Tony Aikens, looked at such a plan and thought, this would be great for Lenoir City. What a mess this will be in a few years.
