Luxury Villas?
| Several of you had messaged me about the new sign
that popped up at the new development at Hwy. 321 and Hwy. 70, The
Villas At 321. According to the sign, the development is offering
"Luxury Villas" and a host of other great amentias. Obviously, luxury
may have a different meaning to some people.
You may also note that apparently the name of the development has had a name change. It's now called The Station At Lenoir City. website address, https://www.thestationatlenoircity.com/ . The rent ranges from an 829 sq. ft, one bedroom unit for $1,75.00 per month to a 1,400 sq. ft. 3 bed room unit for $2,220.00 per month. That's some serious high rent. Most units don't even have parking. Obviously, this is exactly the kind of development Lenoir City mayor and council want to bring to the city, but why? Just imagine this place in the next 5-10 years.
