Will Hurley Vote This Time?

Shortly after Julia Hurley moved out of her elected district, the second district, and was caught, she claimed the move was only temporary. Then when the issue went legal, she claimed it was just for one year while she "flipped" the new house she had just moved into. That year passed on June 5th. The next claim was that it was just till August 1st.

All those deadlines to move back to the second district have long passed again proving her move was never meant to be temporary.

Jones (Hurley's Attorney) in May emphasized the move was only temporary, that Hurley would return in August and that she was “turning a piece of real estate.” Aug 5 News Herald

“She’ll be departing the residence in August as far as the lessor, that lady that leased the residence in the second district, and then obviously will be taking the steps necessary to put it back in order so Ms. Hurley can effectuate her residence there,” Jones said. “... My opinion was she didn’t intend to leave her district. Obviously, she had an opportunity to buy a piece of real estate and to profit from that purchase and make some money associated with it, but I furnished that to the general. He and I have spoke a number of times to it. 3/2 News Herald

Ms. Hurley did not vote in the May 2020 county primary election, nor did she vote in the August 2020 general election. Will she attempt to vote in the biggest presidential election since the Civil War?

When voting, you must sign an affidavit confirming your address. If Ms. Hurley swears that her address is in the second district while she lives in the fifth district, that would be voter fraud. If she swears that her address is in the fifth district, then she would be admitting she had moved from her elected district.

Time will tell.
