What Is It?
| I didn't get official but according to the folks I talked with the
new, big tall pole, center of picture, recently installed at the bridge
on Hwy. 321, is for a camera to be included in the TDOT Smartway
interstate camera system. I think their putting one in Loudon too. The system is pretty impressive. If you haven't ever looked at it, check it at this link. www.tdot.state.tn.us/tsw/smartmap.htm I guess when they get it all installed, we'll have to go out there and wave at the camera and watch ourselves. |
