Tennessee man facing four more sexual assault charges

OSCEOLA CO. -- The man who drove from Tennessee to Osceola County to turn himself in on sexual assault charges is now facing four additional charges.

Francis Mallo, 49, of Loudon, Tennessee, was already being held in the Osceola County Jail on five charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct that took place between 1990 and 1992.

Mallo has now been arraigned on four additional charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct involving a minor child who lived in Mallo's foster home in Osceola County.

Troopers are continuing the investigation and looking for possible additional victims.

The case with the first five charges against Mallo is moving forward in Circuit Court. A trial date has not yet been set.

The new four counts will be moving forward in District Court in the beginning of January.
