TELLICO VILLAGE APPOINTS CHESTER PILLSBURY AS NEW CEO 

TVPOA Tel E Gram-The Tellico Village POA Board is proud to announce Chester Pillsbury as our next Chief Executive Officer. As an experienced leader of property owner associations, Pillsbury will succeed Winston Blazer and assume responsibilities on September 12, 2022. He will transition with Mr. Blazer through the end of the year.

The Tellico Village POA Board would like to thank Winston Blazer for over 29 years of distinguished service and 24 years as GM/CEO. He has played a key role in shaping Tellico Village into the vibrant and desirable community it is today. We are truly grateful for his leadership, hard work and dedication, and wish him all the best in his retirement. 

Pillsbury brings a wealth of experience in leading property owner associations, and most recently served as general manager for Del Webb at Lake Oconee with Heritage Property Management Services. With over 15 years of POA leadership and a multifunctional background in operations, IT, large property management and business development, he is uniquely equipped to serve the community of Tellico Village.
