TBI continues investigation at LC nursing home

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has an "active and ongoing" investigation into a Lenoir City nursing home cited by the state for abuse and neglect of some residents.

A state survey in April found some residents of Baptist Health Care Center, 700 Williams Ferry Road, were mistreated and neglected, and cited the facility for several deficiencies.
