Tax Exempt?
| Under new laws, non profit tax exempt organizations
must file certain paperwork with the IRS to maintain their tax exempt
status. The IRS has posted a list of names of organizations who are
about to lose their status. There are quit a few local organizations
that appear on the list.
Below is a link to the IRS web site that contains state by state links that give the names of locals who need to file the proper paperwork. Time is short. |
