Softball game in Greenback pits father against daughter

 

GREENBACK, Tenn. (WVLT) - A truly unique softball game was played on Tuesday, March 15. The first match-up between Lenoir City High against Greenback High in more than a decade became a family affair.

 

The game pitted father and daughter against each other in an ultimate blood rivalry at Greenback High School.

Tom Kowalewski is an Assistant Coach at Lenoir City, his daughter Tricia is an Assitant Coach at Greenback. Both faced off on the diamond with their respective teams.

In the end, Father knows best. Tom Kowalewski and Lenoir City High beat Tricia and Greenback high 16 to 6.
