Today at around 5 pm members of the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force working in the East Tennessee area during their annual Operation Falcon, arrested Charles Thaxton of Lenoir City on a failure to properly register with the Tennessee Sex Offender registry.  The arrest took place at the JBs Market on HWY 321.  All information concerning his criminal history, original charge that placed him on the sex offender registry and court schedule can be found at the Loudon County Justice Center. The pictures show the actual arrest as taken in real time taken by a citizen.
