Philly woman caught naked in Loudon

A Philadelphia woman is facing multiple charges after law enforcement was sent to Cedar Street in Loudon for a naked woman on the hood of a vehicle.

Loudon Police Officer Bennie Houser met the woman, April Dawn Harrison, on Hackberry Street, where she was “doing some kind of dance,” according a report from Houser.

“... I asked Miss Harrison where her clothes were and she said the black cannibals took them,” Houser wrote in the report. “Miss Harrison continued with her outburst after being told to calm down numerous times. I had Miss Harrison get in the back of my cruiser to get her out of the public. Miss Harrison stated that the black cannibals were there to kill the children and that (a house on) Hackberry had to be burnt down.”

Houser requested Emergency Medical Services because he felt Harrison was not in the right state of mind, according to the report. It was the third time in a four-hour period he dealt with the woman.

After speaking with a man in the 300 block of Cedar Street, he learned the man saw Harrison walk down the street and jump on the hood of his girlfriend’s vehicle. Harrison began walking down Hackberry Street after the man told her to get off the vehicle.
Harrison, 39, was charged with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure and vandalism and held without bond.
