A year and a half ago, they assured me they had the problem solved. Not only is the problem not solved, it's gotten worse. The  property owners down stream and even in his own development have tolerated Mr. Cook's mud hole long enough.

Obviously, Mr. Cook could care less about the damages he's causing to other properties, the creek, the wetlands and the Tennessee River. Enough's enough.

I will be asking county officials to take the any actions possible to stop Mr. Cook's never ending mud flood.

Unfortunately, Cook isn't the only violator in the immediate vicinity.
