Deep in the bowels of the new facility is an area known as the data storage facility. The area if off limits to LCUB employees. In fact some LCUB offices had to be moved out to make room for the mystery people who manage the data storage facility, who by the way are not LCUB employees. And even though they are not LCUB employees, they seem to have full run of the whole facility.

One high placed LCUB/city official told me the mystery folks who are using the bottom of the palace, are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to the utility to be there. No one seems to know who the mystery company is or who the people working for them are.

It does seem that the folks, the rate payers, who are paying for the new, grand, sixty million dollar Palace, have a right to know who's roaming around in the Palace.

I hope it's not the Russians.
