One arrested, one injured and two cited after Loudon Co. crash

WBIR-A car accident on Monday afternoon in Loudon County left one person at the Loudon County Sheriff's Office and two with citations.

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, 38-year-old Gregory Allen Fowler was driving at a high speed along East Coast Tellico Parkway. The vehicle made a sharp right turn on Morganton Boat Ramp Road ejecting 38-year-old Derrick Elder. 

Elder was transported by Lifestar to UT Medical Center. 

Two other passengers in the car, 26-year-old Jessica Breeden and 33-year-old Jeremy Breeden were not injured. THP officials said the two were cited for public intoxication. 

THP officials said Fowler was arrested from Driving Under the Influence and booked into the Loudon County Sheriff's Office.
