I'm sure most have heard of the Obama phone. But some might not think it's a real thing. Unfortunately, it is. Here's the web site, www.obamaphone.net

But you might think, nobody really get's those. Unfortunately they do. How bout 12.5 million people. I'm sure all Obama supporters.

To be fair, Obama didn't start the phone assistance program, Bill Clinton did as assistance to the poor for their land lines. But in 2008, the program was expanded to include free cell phones.  Obama may not have started it, but he sure has taken advantage of it.

In 2008 when Obama took office, 7.1 million people were in the program. Today, 12.5 million are on the program. The program has swelled from $772 million in 2008 to $1.6 billion now. That's billion with a "B".

I have a friend who by his own choices has decided to be a burden on society rather than an asset. My friend doesn't have one Obama phone, he has two. All he had to do was sign up two different times. Walah, two phones. I tell you this story to share this part of it.

A few weeks ago, my friend received his letter in the mail informing him he still qualifies for his Obama phones. Included with his letter were two applications titled " For A Friend In Tennessee." I kid you not.

The P.S. to his letter states,

"We've enclosed applications for a friend, family member, or a neighbor who lives at a different address in TN and may also qualify for Assurance Wireless service (Obama Phone) If you need additional applications, please visit www.assurancewireless.co m or Call 1-888-898-4888.

Where does this stupidity end? Certainly not with re-electing Obama.
