Back in December of 2017, the facility was bought by Lenoir City Real Estate Investors with an address in Atlanta Georgia for $3,450,000.00 and began operating under the name, Trinity Health And Rehabilitation Center. As of last week, residents of the facility were being sent to other facilities in Loudon and Maryville. Lenoir City Real Estate Investors also own two homes adjacent to the facility.

The property and homes just behind the nursing home, Williams Ferry Pointe, are still owned by Tennessee Baptist Adult Homes out of Nashville.

Unconfirmed reports are that the facility will be torn down but it is unknown at this time what will be built back.
