CITY, Tenn. (WVLT)-- STAR Shangri-la Theraputic Academy
of Riding presents Nashville Songwriters in the Round Saturday, October
8th.
The event starts at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour, 6:00 p.m. a causal dinner by Chuy's and at 7:00 p.m. the songwriters take the stage.
STARs in the round features songwriters who have penned classics for some of the top names in music. In the spirit of Nashville and the famous Bluebird Cafe, songwriters will take the stage sharing their songs and the stories behind them.
Songwriters include Phillip Lammonds, Ruthie Collins, Randy Montana, and Mark D. Sanders.
All the money raised will go to support STAR Shangri-la Theraputic Academy of Riding and the work they do with veterans and special needs children.
