Missing Loudon County 10-year-old found safe

LENOIR CITY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Loudon County Sheriff's Office said a missing 10-year-old, Jayden Ariel Drake, has been found safe.

Jayden is a white female, 4 foot tall and weighs 60 pounds. Jayden has brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing yellow and black pajamas with bats on them.

Authorities said Jayden was last seen around 9:30 or 10 Sunday night, sleeping in her bed

Jayden was discovered missing Monday around 8:30 a.m. by her grandmother from an address on Riverview Road in Lenoir City.

The Sheriff's Office said the believe Jayden may be in the company of her custodial father, James Anthony Drake, who is known to drive a red Cadillac. The year and model are unknown.

According to officials, although Drake is technically Jayden's custodial father, she stays with her grandmother. Investigators said it is unusual that Drake would take Jayden without alerting her grandmother.
