Meers To Retire

Long time Highland Park principal, David Meers has announced his intention to retire. In an email from Loudon County Schools superintendent, Wayne Honeycutt, Honeycutt states,

"On a sad note, I have received a letter of retirement for David Mears.  I will read the letter at the workshop.  Dave has been a tremendous asset to our District.  He will be missed."

Meers retirement will be effective June 31st. Mr. Meers also serves as a Loudon County commissioner representing the first district.
