McNabb Appeals

Former Lenoir City judge, Robin McNabb, has filed an appeal to the case of McNabb v Harrison, in the state court of appeals.

Ms. McNabb had filed a challenge to recently elected Lenoir City judge, Greg Harrison's, qualifications to hold the city judge office since he doesn't and has never lived inside the city limits of Lenoir City.

Back in September, McNabb filed suit in chancery court for the residency challenge. Ultimately, newly elected chancellor, Tom McFarland, ruled in favor of Harrison/Lenoir City which allowed Harrison to keep the city judge office even though he did not reside in the city.

No date for the hearing has been set as of now.

Below is the relevant portion of the judges order and below is the appeal document.
