Man arrested after shooting at vehicles

A Loudon man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly shot a gun into vehicles parked in front of a residence on Church Drive.
According to a report by Lenoir City Inv. Brad Brown, Charles Henry Green, 49, of Cave Creek Road, around 10 p.m. March 5 fired a .22 caliber round into a blue Ford F-150 while it was parked in the yard directly in front of a residence at the 300 block of Church Drive in Lenoir City.

“His ex-girlfriend (a woman) and her son … (his roommate) were inside the house at the time the shot was fired,” Brown wrote in a report. “(The woman) and (the son) observed Green’s red Chevrolet S-10 truck outside stopped in the road when the shot was fired.”

Shots went through the back passenger seat rear glass and then through the head rest into the front passenger side. Estimated damage was $1,100. Green also shot at another vehicle, causing $900 in damage.

“There were two individuals in the residence at the time of the first shot and an additional person inside when the second round was fired,” Brown wrote in a report. “All were in fear (of) serious bodily injury or death.”

Henry admitted to the shooting because he was mad at the woman, Brown wrote in a report.

Green was charged with four counts of aggravated domestic assault, aggravated assault and two counts of vandalism and held on $128,000 bond.
