News Herald Arrest Report

Man arrested after false 911 call

A Lenoir City man was arrested Saturday after multiple law enforcement officers responded to Heather Lane in reference to a person with a firearm.

Loudon County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Lance Anderson spoke with two Lenoir City police officers and Matthew Allen Livecche, 25.

“(Livecche) stated a person named Jeremy showed up in a black car at his residence with a machine gun,” Anderson wrote in his report. “(Livecche) stated he ‘did not want to die’ and ran through the trailer park and called E911. No contact could be made with the Jeremy subject.”

Lenoir City police officers, who were in the area and were on scene within one minute, told Anderson that no vehicle left the trailer park. Livecche’s story changed several times, Anderson wrote in the report.

At one point, Livecche said he did not know what type of machine gun the man had. He later stated the gun was an AR-15.
Officers determined the incident never happened and Livecche was arrested.

Livecche was charged with misuse of 911 emergency system and released on $1,000 bond.

Loudon man charged

Daniel Keith Carver, 37, visited a man’s house Aug. 15 and accused him of sleeping with his ex-girlfriend, which the man denied.
Carver later came back to the residence to retrieve some items, and demanded $1,500 for a trip to Florida. After the man said “no,” Carver then told the man he had to get away or “someone is going to get hurt or killed,” LCSO Inv. Sgt. Chris Bowen wrote in a report.

“(Carver) told (the man) that he knew (the man) was having relations with his ex-girlfriend — that he was hiding her in the walls or somewhere, that he had (a) GPS tracking device on her phone and it had her in his bedroom,” Bowen wrote in a report. “The victim stated that she’s never been in his bedroom and never will be.”

Carver, a Loudon resident, was charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and held without bond.
