Man arrested after exposing himself
 
A Loudon man is facing two counts of solicitation sexual exploitation of a minor after admitting to exposing himself with children present.
 
According to a police report from Lenoir City Inv. Brad Brown, the incident involved Joshua Wayne Godfrey on May 17, 2017, in a retail store parking lot off U.S. Highway 321.
 
“The defendant exposed his genitals while manipulating them out of his car window to the victim and her two daughters aged 7 and 8 in the (retail store) parking lot for the purpose of sexual gratification,” Brown wrote in the report.
 
Godfrey admitted to exposing himself during questioning July 13, along with similar incidences with other women at different times, according to the report.
 
Godfrey, 29, Loudon, was charged with two counts of solicitation sexual exploitation of a minor and released on $5,000 bond.

July 9

• Joseph Aaron Duggan, 41, Lenoir City, was charged with evading arrest and a Blount County warrant and released on $1,000 bond.
 
• Fernando Ciseros Gonzalez, 20, Lenoir City, was charged with three counts of failure to appear and held on $2,000 bond.
 
• Adam Wallace Irwin, 25, Maryville, was charged with failure to appear and held without bond.
 
• Lorrie Denise Lankford, 51, Lenoir City, was charged with two counts of contraband in a penal institution, maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession/casual exchange and manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II substance and held $62,000 bond. Members of the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and the Tennessee Department of Correction conducted a search at a motel off U.S. Highway 321 after gaining permission. The room was rented by Lorrie Lankford and was inhabited by Christopher Gay Lankford, LCSO Inv. Marty Stanley wrote in a report. In the common areas of the room officers found a pill crusher, a spoon with residue, an uncapped syringe and two glass pipes commonly used to smoke methamphetamine. Lorrie told officers she had two safes in the room and opened them, which included four 0.5-milligram Alprazolam, a syringe, a pill cutter, digital scales, a purple glass pipe used to smoke meth and 100 small plastic baggies. Receipts showed Lorrie rented the room. A noninvasive strip search at the jail discovered Lorrie had a 3-inch pocket knife in her bra and 7.6 grams of meth in her panties. Christopher Gay Lankford, 27, Lenoir City, was charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of simple possession/casual exchange and held on $18,000 bond.
 
• Rachel Leah Russell, 39, Lenoir City, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond.
 
• Rufino Castillo Sanchez, 21, Knoxville, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked/suspended license and released on $3,000 bond.
 
• Becky Juanita Viars, 48, Loudon, was charged with assault and released on $3,000 bond.

• Jonathan Philip Napier, 35, Knoxville, was charged with contempt of court and released on $150 bond.
 
• Carrie Marie Velasquez, 32, Maryville, was charged with theft and held on $4,000 bond.

• Joseph A. Enlow, 52, Lenoir City, was charged with aggravated assault and held on $20,000 bond. Dispatched on a call of a man giving obscene gestures, throwing rocks and spitting at vehicles and a motorcycle rider passing by in front of a fast food restaurant on Highway 321, LCSO Deputy Craig Brewer arrived on the scene. “When I activated my emergency equipment the male turned and started to run to avoid me but could not for the wall there,” Brewer wrote in the report. Enlow then picked up a large rock, raised it over his head and started toward Brewer as if he planned to assault the deputy, which caused Brewer to draw his weapon to make Enlow put down the rock.
