Loudon Reverses
| At their special called meeting Monday night, Loudon
City council reversed all their actions from their last council meeting
on March 18th. They had previously suspended the city manager, Ty Ross,
initiated an investigation in to Mr. Ross' "employment practices" and
the city attorney, Joe Ford, resigned.
Monday night, council voted to reinstate Mr. Ross as city manager, voted to end the investigation into his "employment practices" and voted to hire Kris Frye as the city attorney. Frye is a law partner with former city attorney, Joe Ford. Mr. Ross apologized to Ms. Chapman for the cat incident. |
