LOUDON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Tennessee Highway Patrol says traffic was backed up for hours due to a wreck Sunday afternoon.

It happened around 2:40 PM on Interstate 40 near mile marker 364 in Loudon County.

Ten cars were involved in the crash, including a commercial vehicle.

Dispatch told Local 8 News that when the initial calls came in, injuries were being reported.

All lanes reopened around 6:00 PM.
