The entire business was ruined from a massive fire on August 3, 2010. Just after it happened, it was questioned if they would be able to rebuild again.

The "Log Cabin Restaurant" had been in the Loudon community for more than 40 years before the fire.

Construction was complete in July.

The Log Cabin Restaurant will opened at 4:00pm Monday, 8/29, with entertainment and door prizes to celebrate.
