Lenoir City woman charged in road death
 
A Lenoir City woman was charged with vehicular homicide Nov. 14 when a man died after being struck by the woman’s vehicle.

Loudon County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called Nov. 13 to a wreck with an injury near Town Creek Road East. The caller had indicated a man was in the middle of the road and there were pieces of an automobile in the roadway.

When officers arrived, they discovered the man was dead.

According to the arrest report, the man was struck by Brandy Nicole Pearson, 43, who was at the scene when officers arrived but was not the person who called in the accident.

Deputies reported Pearson’s breath had a strong odor of alcohol and she told them she did not know what had happened. When interviewed, she admitted to drinking several shots at a local restaurant prior to the crash.

Pearson was charged with driving under the influence, duty to render aid and give information and vehicular homicide and released on $78,000 bond.

Nov. 12

• Chad Allan Tinnel, 32, Knoxville, was charged with license required, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth and two counts of simple possession/casual exchange and released on $7,000 bond.

Nov. 13

• Justin Tyler Davis, 43, Cleveland, was charged with manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia and held without bond.
• Eric Frank Pickel, 33, Cleveland, was charged with driving while in possession of meth, expiration of certificates and plates, financial responsibility law, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia and held without bond.

• Tammy Leareen Pickel, 48, Cleveland, was charged with manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia and held without bond.

• Renee Jutka Riefler, 35, Chattanooga, was charged with driving under the influence and open container and held on $5,000 bond.
• Reymundo E. Yoc-Tacen, 23, Knoxville, was charged with driving under the influence and open container and released on $3,000 bond.

• Cylin Rage Baird, 25, Etowah, was charged with violation of probation and released on $2,000 bond.
• Jeffery Todd Coada, 33, Maryville, was charged with evading arrest, financial responsibility law, reckless driving and speed limit and released on $10,000 bond.
• Michael Kaleb Giles, 31, Loudon, was charged with assisting other agency and released without bond.
• Travis Keith Inklebarger, 42, Wartburg, was charged with criminal impersonation and held on $2,000 bond.
• Joey Ray Parson, 49, Hanceville, Ala., was charged with capias-general sessions and held on $44,000 bond.
• Jennifer Danielle Tipton, 42, Vonore, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond.

Nov. 15

• Braydon James Corley, 18, Lenoir City, was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited purchase/possession of tobacco product and simple possession/casual exchange and released on $5,500 bond.
• Bunnie Townsend Davidson, 60, Kingston, was charged with failure to appear-municipal court and held without bond.
• Frisly Ivan Galicia, 25, Sweetwater, was charged with domestic assault and released on $1,500 bond.
• Michael Lee Ward, 33, Lenoir City, was charged with capias-general sessions and held without bond.
• Ryan Michael Whitlow, 36, Loudon, was charged with manufacture/sell/possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication and released on $6,000 bond.
