Fore Note: This is the lady who fell in the river last week below the dam. Previous story-Close Call

I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers and concerns after my terrible accident Monday August 25th 2020, that nearly was fatal. I would like to especially think the Lenoir City, Loudon Police, the EMT's, Fireman, First Responders everyone that came to my rescue.

I believe it is by the grace of God then I am here today, only as that was the scariest thing I've ever been through in my entire life and to feel so helpless trying to cling onto a slimy wall so hard I ripped my nails down that I am missing 3 complete nails, after being pulled under the water several times and so tired, but somehow the Lord let me hang on and for that I am forever grateful to each and every person that helped with my rescue or has prayed or sent well wishes, e t c.

This momma of 5 has learned her lesson about fishing to closely to the dam, and pray that someone reading this post, will reconsider fishing that closely to or near the dam, it's not worth your life... I dropped my cell phone and could reach it I thought, but I slipped and fell in, and with turbines running the current took me under so fast, all I can say is God is so good

Love and thanks to you all

Jennifer Loy
