Hurley Deadline #2
| Shortly after Julia Hurley moved out of her elected
district, and was caught, she claimed the move was only temporary. Then
when the issue went legal, she claimed it was just for one year while
she "flipped" the new house she had just moved into. That year passed on
June 5th. The next claim was that it was just till August 1st.
It's now August 10th and as far as anyone knows, Ms. Hurley is still living in the "flip it" house in the wrong district. The "flip house" is not listed for sale anywhere nor is there a for sale sign in the yard. Obviously, Ms. Hurley never intended to return to her elected district but apparently, the law doesn't apply to her. Apparently, Ms. Hurley failed to vote in another election. Of course, if she did, she would either have to admit she had moved or she would have to lie about where she actually lives. Hopefully, this matter will be resolved in court as soon as possible. |
