Jan. 23

• Scottie Logan Barker, 22, Bristol, was charged with failure to appear and released on $3,000 bond.
 
• Matthew Paul Bingham, 38, Greenback, was charged with public intoxication and released on $2,000 bond.
 
• Jerry Dean Kile, 68, Loudon, was charged with aggravated assault and released on $50,000 bond. A report from LCSO Inv. Sgt. Charlie Cosner notes Kile went to a man’s residence off Watkins Road in Loudon while the man was working on a dump truck. A verbal argument ensued after Kile threw a beer can in the man’s yard. “(The man) climbed down from the truck and noticed Mr. Kile retrieving a knife from his pocket,” Cosner wrote in his report. “In response, (the man) attempted to flee on foot, but slipped and fell to the ground face down.” The man was cut “several times” around the head and arm causing “deep lacerations and seriously bodily injury” that required medical treatment from Fort Loudoun Medical Center.
 
• Jason Scott Rinehart, 43, Madisonville, was charged with two counts of violation of probation and held on $40,000 bond.
 
• William Jackie Lee Russell, 22, Friendsville, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange and released on $2,000 bond.
 
• Joseph David Tillman, 38, Athens, was charged with counterfeit controlled substance and held on $2,000 bond.

• Marc Alan Aslinger, 28, Clinton, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange and released on $2,000 bond.
 
• Shelby Jessica Davis, 23, Tellico Plains, was charged with failure to appear-criminal court and released without bond.
 
• Matthew McKenzie Hart, 37, Loudon, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange and released without bond.
 
• William Floyd Lanter, 51, Philadelphia, was charged with escape, assisting other agency and simple possession/casual exchange and held on $10,000 bond.
 
• Nicholas Mark Mire, 20, Knoxville, was charged with two counts of manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of a Schedule I substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession/casual exchange and held on $54,000 bond.
 
• Clarence Adam Parton, 37, Lenoir City, was charged with maintaining dwelling for drug use and failure to appear and released on $32,000 bond.
 
• Christy Ann Whisenhurt, 35, Philadelphia, was charged with failure to appear-municipal court and released without bond.
 
• Larry Franklin Whitaker, 35, Lenoir City, was charged with assault and released on $1,000 bond.

• Daniel C. Hardin, 19, Loudon, was charged with violation of probation and held on $1,000 bond.
 
• Bobby Alan Hubbard, 37, Philadelphia, was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of Schedule II substance, three counts of simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine and held on $14,000 bond.
 
• Richard McCollum, 39, Loudon, was charged with violation of probation and domestic assault and held on $15,000 bond.
 
• Brittney Dawn Nelson, 30, Lenoir City, was charged with a juvenile attachment and released on $393 bond.
 
• Edye M. Rutherford, 32, Knoxville, was charged with failure to appear and held without bond.
 
• Tina Marie Shelton, 31, Loudon, was charged with failure to appear-municipal court and released without bond.
 
• David Delozier Stinnett, 43, Madisonville, was charged with violation of probation and released on $30,000 bond.

Jan. 26

• Priscilla L. Gagnon, 39, Knoxville, was charged with assisting other agency and contempt of court and released on $150 bond.
 
• Veronica Sue Harrill, 39, Madisonville, was charged with failure to appear and released on $1,000 bond.
 
• Jason Randall Heiden, 43, Loudon, was charged with domestic assault-felony and held without bond. Dispatched to Cayuga Drive, LCSO Sgt. Michael Watkins talked with a woman who said Heiden had been drinking and they argued about her changing the house door locks. “Mr. Jason Heiden then came upstairs and got two butcher knives out of the kitchen drawer and held them up and told (the woman) that if she did not leave him alone that he was going to kill himself or her,” Watkins wrote in his report. A woman and man left the house to go to a safe location while waiting on law enforcement to arrive.

Jan. 27

• Shelly Deeanne Burnette, 36, Jasper, was charged with driving under the influence, two counts of simple possession/casual exchange and driving on a revoked/suspended license and held on $2,500 bond.
 
• Shannon Wayne Cole, 42, Charleston, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence and violation of implied consent and released on $4,000 bond.
 
• Shun Antiono Johnson, 35, Chattanooga, was charged with assisting other agency and simple possession/casual exchange and held on $7,500 bond.
 
• Corey Levi Davis, 27, Lenoir City, was charged with violation of probation and released on $1,000 bond.
 
• Jackie Diane Justice, 52, Tellico Plains, was charged with theft under $1,000 and released on $1,000 bond.
 
• Katelyn Danielle Kabau, 21, Madisonville, was charged with theft under $1,000 and released on $1,000 bond.
 
• Jennifer Mae Lowe, 31, Wartburg, was charged with theft of property and criminal trespass and held on $2,000 bond.
 
• Brett Allen Monger, 32, Sevierville, was charged with contempt of court and held on $300 bond.
 
• Paul Joseph Oppegard, 45, Knoxville, was charged with driving under the influence and released without bond.
 
• Ricky Glenn Powell, 41, Lenoir City, was charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and released on $2,500 bond.
 
• Hillary Paige Shullaw, 24, Lenoir City, was charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and released on $1,000 bond. Responding to a domestic call on Foute Town Road, LCSO Deputy Lance Anderson talked with Shullaw and her sister, Kelsey Low. Shullaw said Low’s child ran into her in the hallway of a residence and fell down, and Low began hitting Shullaw. Red marks were seen on Shullaw. Low claimed Shullaw kicked her child out the front door and broke the child’s plastic necklace on the front porch, at which point the two began fighting in the kitchen. “Kelsey stated after a brief reprieve the two began fighting again after Hillary kicked her child again,” Anderson wrote in his report. No red marks or visible injuries were seen on the child. Anderson decided Low lied about the incident, but a primary aggressor could not be determined. Both were taken into custody. Kelsey Kay Low, 22, Lenoir City, was charged with domestic assault and released on $1,000 bond.
 
• Kelly Rae Tuttle, 26, Loudon, was charged with two counts of failure to appear-general sessions, two counts of simple possession/casual exchange and violation of probation and held on $3,000 bond.

• Tristen Shae Hamirani, 31, Clinton, was charged with violation of probation and released on $4,000 bond.
 
• Brian Douglas Jackson, 31, Kingston, was charged with public intoxication and released on $1,000 bond.
 
• Rhonda Ann Mann, 56, Lenoir City, was charged with harassment-nonverbal threat and released on $1,000 bond.
 
• Tina Angela McMillian, 48, Philadelphia, was charged with violation of probation and held on $10,000 bond.
 
• Donald Ray Nichols, 63, Knoxville, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and released on $2,000 bond.
 
• Benny Ray Oody, 66, Loudon, was charged with driving under the influence, simple possession/casual exchange and possession of drug paraphernalia and released on $3,000 bond.
 
• Mickey Joe Youngblood, 18, Madisonville, was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery and resale of a Schedule VI substance and held without bond.
