LCSO Patrol and Criminal Investigation Divisions are seeking information as to the identity of this crook who stole a utility trailer off of Ford Road in Northern Loudon County earlier today.

Vehicle appears to be an older model Ford Ranger with after market wheels and she appears to have a thin pin stripe on the side.
