Apparently, one or two new residents across the Tennessee River have have complained bitterly to TVA authorities about the noise from the range even though the firing range was there long before the new comers settled across the river from the range.

Local law enforcement officers will now be forced to travel outside the county for their required gun firing training depending on other county's facilities. This will surely add additional costs and time for all training.
