LOUDON (WATE) -- A city of Loudon employee has been arrested for domestic assault.

The Loudon County sheriff's office responded to a call involving Rondel Branam, a city building inspector. Branam admitted to hitting his brother because he was "running his mouth."

His brother refused medical treatment.

Police have charged Branam with assault.
