Brianna "Brie" Marcum  age 33 of Lenoir City, was attempting to cross Hwy. 321 when her vehicle was struck on the driver's side. Marcum's daughter was also in the vehicle but did not sustain life threatening injuries. Ms. Marcum however, sustained serious injuries in the crash and passed away Saturday morning. 

Ms. Marcum leaves behind her husband and three children.

This was the first fatality on Hwy. 321 in several years.
