Councilman Resigns

Less than a month after the election, one of Philadelphia's newly elected write in candidates for council has resigned. Due to a change in his job, William Booher has submitted his resignation. Two others had already been appointed as councilmen before the resignation. J.D. Drinnon who ran unsuccessfully for mayor and James Herald have been appointed to the council. With Booher's resignation the new council will have another appointment to make to bring the council to full strength.
