They have been spotted lurking around Loudon picking up stray cats. The photo above was captured on a super, secret surveillance camera while they were  trying to catch another stray.

They are known to go by aliases such as Lumpy and Stumpy, Ren and Stimpy and even Starsky and Hutch. Their real names are County Mayor, Buddy Bradshaw and School Board Chairman, Scott Newman.

If you see them, please call their wives to come and get them.
