Blog Explained, Again

I know, I know. There are those of you out there who hate the blog section on this web site. And some have good reason to hate it. In the year and a half that the blog has been up and running, there have been over a thousand posts submitted. In fact, the blog pages are the most viewed sections of the site behind the front page. So apparently readers have interest in views and opinions posted on the blog.

If a post comes in that I know to be true, I will post it. If a blog comes in and it is ones opinion of an issue, I will post it. If a blog comes in with direct accusations of some illicit or illegal activity and is accompanied by documentation, I will post it. If a post is incorrect and offensive to someone and they want it removed, I will remove it. Generally, the blog page is for the public to inform, be informed or just to vent frustrations.

But why is the blog so popular? The reason is simple. People have had it with some of the things that go on around here. Folks are sick and tired of the wastefulness, corruption and injustice that seems to be rampant in our community. The average person/local government employee is honest hard working and disgusted with what they see going on around them. Why post anonymously? RETRIBUTION.  People are afraid of the retribution they may face whether personal or work related if they dare speak out. Is it right? Absolutely not. Is it reality? You better believe it. Never before has the local populace had a place where they can speak out about things they know are not right and have it reach so many.

What is it that have so many so upset. Well maybe it's the fact that:

If you are an employee of a high ranking county official, you could be arrested for stealing and DUI and ultimately the theft charge goes away, the DUI is reduced, pay a little fine and you walk away.

If you are wealthy and cozy with certain local high ranking law enforcement officials, you can be arrested for BUI. Charges get reduced, pay a little fine and the whole record is expunged from the court records. "as though it never happened."

If you are the relative of someone who is wealthy and cozy with certain local high ranking law enforcement officials, you can be arrested for DUI. Charges get reduced, pay a little fine and the whole record is expunged from the court records. "as though it never happened."

If you are a prominent business man, cozy with certain local high ranking law enforcement officials, your relative can be arrested for domestic assault, promise not to do it again and not drink any more, pay a little fine and walk away.

If you are a relative of a high ranking city official and you get arrested for identity theft and obtaining prescription drugs by fraud, you receive "Judicial Diversion" pay a little fine and walk away.

If you are a relative of a prominent city business person and you get arrested for identity theft and obtaining prescription drugs by fraud, you receive "Judicial Diversion" pay a little fine and walk away.

If you are a relative of a prominent city business person and five days after you are arrested for identity theft and obtaining prescription drugs by fraud, you are arrested for DUI, taken to the Justice Center and released to a relative without ever entering the jail or having a record of your arrest.

If you are a relative of a high ranking law enforcement official and you can be arrested and indicted for identity theft have your charges reduced, pay a little fine and walk away.

Could I go on, you better believe it. Should I go on, I think the point has been made. I have lots of documentation on lots of this kind of activity safely tucked away and watching many others. To those of you in our law and judicial system that facilitate this kind action, shame on you. Justice is neither blind nor equal in Loudon County

This is the kind of stuff that anger so many and make them want to see justice done. This is what make so many visit and post on the blog. Like I said, If I know it to be the truth, I will post it.
