The former home of a Lenoir City car dealership has been listed for $1.7 million.

The property at 1272 Highway 321 North was once home to Lane Chevrolet Buick Pontiac GMC, and is now owned by Citizens National Bank, of Athens. According to Loudon County records, the property was foreclosed by Citizens in September, and was previously owned by H & L Properties.

NAI Knoxville's Matt Fentress and Chip Miller have the listing, which includes a 16,480-square foot building and 3.3 acres of land.

The dealership has been in the news lately, in connection with the bankruptcy filing of SHE Group LLC, an entity that included former Knox County Sheriff Tim Hutchison as a member. Hutchison has said he sold his interest in SHE Group, although another member has said that deal didn't go through. Check out some of the background here.
