I almost let a very important anniversary slip by. Tuesday was my one year anniversary of being smoke free. I haven't smoked a cigarette in over a year. That's after smoking for forty years.

I owe it all to the electronic cigarettes and my nephew, Jeff, who turned me on to the e-cigs. You can see my tracker above on how many cigs I've avoided and money saved not to mention, I don't stink any more at least not from smoking.

If you're a smoker and have ever thought of quitting, take it from me, e-cigs are the way to go. I don't miss the old cancer sticks at all.
