5 Clean Audits

For the 5th year in a row, Loudon County has received a "clean audit" from the state comptroller's office. Five years is just unheard of in a county our size.

This means that over the last year, with a 90 million dollar budget and dozens of departments, the state found no reportable mistakes or errors in the county financial transactions.

While it takes all county officers and officials to make such a thing happen, the person who deserves the greatest credit is our finance director, Tracy Blair. Without her, it wouldn't be possible.

We all appreciate Ms. Blair's endless work and the countless hours she works to keep Loudon County in the black.
