| A Roane County couple was fortunate to survive the
multiple roll over accident on Hwy. 321 near the I-40 overpass Monday
afternoon. Jerry and Tera Green were traveling north on 321 when the
driver, Mr. Green lost control of his vehicle. The Chevrolet SUV rolled
several times before coming to rest on it's top. The couple was
temporarily penned in the wreckage before being freed by emergency
personal. Ms. Green suffered several broken bones while Mr. Greens
injuries were less severe. Both were transported to UT Hospital.
