A citizens Facebook group has been started to try to find some kind of solution to the mess that has become the 321 construction project. There can be know excuse for the incompetency for this project, whether TDOT, the contractor or ATT. There's no excuse for what the traveling public has been put through.

It's not possible that ATT is holding up the entire intersection portion of this project. Look overhead, not an ATT line in sight, they've all been moved. And if it's the underground part that is supposedly the problem, that's all on the south side of the project. The unaffected parts of the intersection could at least be partially completed.
